small changes are BIGGER AND BETTER.



Sometimes we feel like we need to make big changes in our lives to make things happen or to be happy.

When in fact it’s the smallest changes we make for ourselves is bigger and better.

It can be a simple thing like setting yourself 1 good thing to do daily like smile at yourself when you look in the mirror. By the time day 7 comes you will make it a habit and having practice this over time you will learn to look at yourself and love yourself for the person you are .Try changing 1 small thing and build your willpower by practising it over and over.

We are not here to make big changes to chase happiness as happiness should already be within.We are here because every little change we do over time is the biggest change of all.
