Today, try to go through your day and become more aware of your thoughts, emotions, and actions.

You do not need to make it a chore, just let it be and flow. If you do this on a regular basis it will eventually become part of your everyday living. Doing this will help you grow to the person you admire to become. You will notice many things that you do towards yourself and others and will realise if it was the right or wrong thing to say or do, and when you become aware of more things, you will also realise how certain things you say, will have a huge effect on your own thoughts, emotions or actions towards anyone or any situation. This is a really great thing to do for yourself as you are teaching yourself to become a better person. This will help you to become a more loving and less judgemental person with yourself and others. This will also help you to look at people differently and situations differently. You will notice yourself not wanting to argue with anyone anymore as you will learn that so many people have different points of views with anything and usually arguments keep going on because people just want to feel right as if they have achieved something great. But in the end its pointless, as there is no right or wrong way because we all look at things differently. We all need to learn to change the way you look at things. If people can be more aware of their thoughts, emotions, and actions we would be in a world with much more Love and Peace.
