1. Try to not overthink about things that are going on around you. The more you think the more you will send yourself crazy as we can over analyse things so stop, relax and breathe, just be in the present moment. 2. Honestly stop observing about what is going on around you. You will be messing with your own energies so try to only focus on what you are doing. You will find that you will have a lot more energy for yourself to get your state of mind organised.

3. Put your superhero cape on and walk around like you got this. Stand up for yourself and speak up for yourself if you do not want to put up with stuff, you do not need to put up with anything you do not like. 4. No one on this planet is perfect so learn to love yourself no matter what. Learn to stand proud and if you want to wear a polka dot top with striped pants then go ahead. 5. You do not always need to say yes to everything. The words No were made in our vocabulary for a reason. We can say No too and don’t feel bad about it. If you don’t feel like talking to certain people then don’t. If you do not feel like going somewhere then do not. We all have choices. we are not all the same and we should not judge anyone for any reason. Each to their own. 6. Do not worry and be happy as they say life is too short so make the most of it and don’t give too many f...s in life. 7. If you have a plan and you get the odd person telling you that you shouldn’t do that but do this instead, well l got news for you do whatever you want to do because it’s not their life or dreams. They are not pulling your strings. You’re in charge of yourself, your life, your actions. 8. You will realise that by not giving a f... about stuff that you don’t need to give a f... about, then this will help you to learn to grow and give a f... about what you really need to give a f... about.
