We all ponder through life umming and ahing, questioning and doubting, fearing, and feeling confused. For what! We do not need to go through our lives feeling this way, life should not be a scary place for anyone. Our life is an amazing place where we should be able to ponder through knowing that everything will always work out and except things for how they are. We are all here for the same reason and we should be able to experience things that we are interested in rather than do things that make us feel unhappy.
There are many people all over the world who are doing things that they do not enjoy doing or are in relationships in which they do not feel happy to be in, but they continue to live this life wearing a mask and feeling trapped within and expressing their unhappiness everyday towards themselves and towards other people in their lives.
Do not live your life with regrets as the story of Ivan Illich who was a Roman Catholic priest, a philosopher and a social critic as well as being an obsessive husband, even calling himself, “an errant pilgrim”, he basically lived a false life and the last words before he died as he looked up to his wife was, “what if my whole life I have been wrong”! So, go ahead and do what you want to do because we are here to live it up, to enjoy and experience what we all want for ourselves and not worrying about what others want for us.
Stop being fearful about anything and just give it a go. I will leave you with a few lyrics from a beautiful song from Jackson Browne called, “For A Dancer and I now know where the amazing Wayne Dyer thought of his quote from, “Don’t die with your music still inside you “
Now go ahead and do what you want to do!
Much Love. xxx
‘FOR A DANCER- Jackson Browne
Just do the steps that you have been shown
By everyone that you have ever known
Until the dance becomes your very own
No matter how close to yours and another steps have grown
In the end, there is one dance you’ll do alone
Into a dancer that you have grown
From a seed that someone else has thrown
Go on ahead and throw some seeds of your own
Somewhere between the time you arrive and the time you go home
May lie a reason you were alive, but you will never know.
