1. Let go of your past, the more you hold on to past events the more you will continue to repeat your same life situations. Understand what happened then let it go.

2. Meditation- helps you to connect with your inner self, keeps you in the present moment, become connected to the universal energy field, helps you to discover your inner peace.

3. Finding peace, joy, and love within, being in the state of gratitude.

4.Visualizing the unknown for yourself, create your own imaginative story, think outside the box.

5. Connect with nature. Spend time outdoors enjoying this precious universe.

6.Give and share anything you can with other people, lend a helping hand when needed, make a donation, send a message to a loved one, being compassionate with people.

7.Daily affirmations, write down 10 affirmations, write it and say it as if it has already happened.

8.Exercise daily to feel good about yourself, it does not matter what you do as long as you enjoy it.

9.Become aware of your thoughts and actions, observe yourself on a daily basis and if you keep doing something that doesn’t make you feel good then make that change.

10.When you wake up in the morning, do not go on your phone first thing in the morning, instead tell your self how amazing you are and that you are going to start your day of feeling fantastic. Ask the universe, “HOW MAY I SERVE TODAY!”
